Battuta Tours |
|
Ibn
Battuta Tours is a subsidiary of IIDR
which organises educational visits to
different countries. In addition to
visiting historic sites and tourist
attractions participants also meet prominent
scholars, leaders, artists, thinkers,
entreprenours, women, youth and welfare
organisations and government officials. |

IIDR
seeks to combine professionally organized
and enjoyable tourism with valuable
Islamic learning. Tours of Muslim China,
Spain, Egypt and Turkey are aimed at
providing a direct experience of the
cultural genius and lasting legacy of
those Islamic civilizations. The tours
will also aim to discover the historical
and cultural roots of Islam in the archipelago
and explore workings in the context
of modernity. |
